Core Terms of Engagement:
1. Member Declarations and Documentation:
Member declares legal residency in Israel with valid work visa, understands agreement terms in comprehensible language, and commits to update any personal/employment changes. Member attaches clear copies of valid passport and work visa, paycheck slip, Employment agreement ,agrees to notify company of any document renewals, and authorizes company to retain identification copies per legal requirements.
2. Purchase and Payment Terms:
All purchases require prior company approval. Payments shall be made per scheduled installments. Product ownership remains with company until full payment. Company may withhold new product delivery/payments for outstanding debts.
3. Product Warranties:
Product warranties remain sole responsibility of original supplier/manufacturer, subject to warranty terms included with products. Sanremo Ventures Ltd. bears no responsibility for products and provides no warranties beyond manufacturer's coverage. All warranty claims must be directed to original supplier/manufacturer.
4. Digital Vouchers and Redemption Codes:
For voucher purchases, member receives single-use redemption code via specified digital channels (email/SMS). Code is personal and non-transferable. Member bears full responsibility for code security/redemption. Company not liable for code loss/theft, third-party use, or misuse. No replacement codes issued. Codes must be redeemed before expiration date.
5. Collection Arrangements & Salary Deduction Authorization
1. Primary Collection:
The Company will first attempt to collect payment through the member’s designated payment method Credit / Debit card,check ,bank transfer.
2. Salary Deduction Authorization (Power of Attorney):
If collection attempts fail, the member irrevocably authorizes their employer to deduct up to 20% of their monthly salary (or the lower percentage mandated by applicable Wage Protection Laws) to repay outstanding debts under this agreement.
3. Employer’s Role:
o The employer acts solely as a passive implementer of authorized deductions and assumes no liability for the debt.
o Deductions will strictly comply with local Wage Protection Laws and employment contracts.
4. Duration:
This authorization remains valid until the debt is settled or the agreement is terminated.

6. Late Payments and Interest:
Delayed payments incur default interest per Fair Credit Law (not exceeding Bank of Israel rate +20% annually). Late payment fee of 3% applies to overdue amounts. Charges apply from first day of default and are CPI-indexed.
7. Termination:
Breach of terms accelerates all payments to immediate due. Departure from Israel requires full debt settlement no later than 120 days before departure (14 days after payment default notice). Company reserves right to suspend/terminate membership at any time without justification. Membership suspension/termination does not void existing obligations.
8. Identification and Security:
Identification requires valid passport, work visa, digital membership card, and personal QR code. Member must: safeguard credentials, prevent unauthorized transfers, report lost/stolen credentials immediately, update identification documents. Company may: request additional verification, block suspicious credentials, update requirements periodically.
9. Data Retention and Privacy:
Information will be retained by Sanremo Ventures Ltd. and safepobGMBH (system operator) per EU GDPR regulations. Member confirms:
a. Full disclosure of data usage purposes
b. Data processing limited to:
- Membership management
- Transaction processing
- Essential communications
- Legal/regulatory compliance
c. Third-party sharing only for:
- Service delivery requirements
- Law enforcement requests
- Court orders
- Explicit member consent
d. GDPR rights including:
- Data access
- Correction rights
- Right to be forgotten
- Processing restrictions
- Data portability
